Today is the last day of May and that marks the end of the run of Bank Holidays until late August, also in what seems like the blink of an eye, we are nearly half way through 2016 already.
As we approach the end of any business quarter it is a good time for us all here at Clean Shield to reflect on the year so far, and when you look at what we as a team have achieved & packed in it is no wonder time seems to whizz by so fast.
And it’s a testament to the hard work of the Clean Shield Team over the years that we have once again seen an increase in business across all the Commercial Cleaning services we provide so far this year.
Having always been proud to be a Gloucestershire based business, employing local people, and wherever possible using Gloucestershire based suppliers, it is doubly pleasing to see that our growing reputation for providing a first class service proceeds us as Clean Shield are now winning more contracts across the whole County.
These new Commercial Cleaning contracts of course have meant the recruitment and training of new Team Members and whilst we have seen some old friends move on to pastures new, we have also welcomed backed others who missed the camaraderie of the Clean Shield Family.
Clean Shield MD Kathy Price said “the next few weeks will see Clean Shield focus on consolidating our business plan for 2016 and taking steps to make sure that the second half of the year stay’s on track. Of course it has been a terrific year so far and that is down to the whole Clean Shield Team for their dedication to our clients and work colleagues alike, and I thank them all for their hard work and team spirit”.
Hopefully if the forecasters are right for a change, we can look forward to some long hot Summer Days heading our way.
