They say a problem shared is a problem halved and here at Clean Shield we like to utilise this philosophy in many aspects of the business
, one such example was on Monday when our MD Kathy Price held a Skills Training Refresher Course with three of our Mobile Cleaning Team Members which was followed after lunch with a Brainstorming Session focusing on improving Best Practise on various Commercial Cleaning Services that Clean Shield provide around Gloucestershire. The main areas covered were Time Management, Customer Service, Cleaning Team Wellbeing and last but not least, Health & Safety.
Clean Shield MD Kathy Price said “We have had a very productive day today what with the Skills Training Refresher in this morning’s session and then the Brainstorming this afternoon, I always find that these sessions bring out some really great new ideas and improvements to our systems and procedures especially as the Cleaning Teams are the ones out on the ground floor.”
