Managing Director

Kathy has worked in the cleaning industry for over 30 years and is committed to providing a high standard for all her contracts.

She set up Clean Shield Professional Ltd to provide a quality service to the Gloucestershire area after witnessing first hand the detrimental effects of managing too many contracts in previous employments.

Terri

Operations Manager

Terri works with Kathy at Clean Shield Professional as the Operations Manager .

After leaving Pates Grammar School in Cheltenham, Terri joined the Banking and Finance Industry. She worked for one of the large banks for 20 years in various roles until the birth of her children. Terri has worked with Kathy closely since the start, Terri enjoys running and spends most weekends supporting her sons playing football.

Kerry

Area Manager

Kerry has worked alongside Kathy for many years.

Returning to the industry now her children are older. Kerry likes nothing more than spending all of her free time with her family.

Jake

Area Supervisor

Jake is our Area Supervisor.

Jake likes to go out and socialise with friends and spends a lot of his free time keeping fit at the gym.

Dave

Site Supervisor

Dave is Clean Shield’s Site Supervisor. Dave heads up all our PAT testing for Clean Shield.

Dave enjoys spending time with his family. He loves music,cooking and boxing … he’s never happier than when he’s playing his guitar!

Hayley

Mobile Supervisor

Hayley’s role is a Mobile Supervisor for Clean Shield. Hayley loves her mobile cleaning job and is always jolly. When not working Hayley loves spending time with family and friends and walking her dog.

Andrew

Mobile Cleaner

Andrew is one of our mobile cleaners. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, which includes 6 children and 5 grandchildren. In his spare time, you will find him either swimming, fishing, or taking the dogs for a walk.  In the summer he likes to take days out to the beach or host BBQ’s for his family and friends.
