Tayntons Solicitors are relocating from Clarence Street to Llanthony Warehouse at the Docks.  The office had been empty for at least six years so as you can imagine needed a really good clean.  I asked Clean Shield to complete the works.  I received a quote of the estimated time to complete all the cleaning, which included windows, sills, skirting boards, hoovering, mopping and a real deep clean.  Jake and his colleague worked tirelessly, talking us through the process and made sure we were happy with the results.  We were delighted, the office smelt lovely and was beautifully clean.  Thank you.  We wouldnt hesitate in recommending Clean Shield.  Professional service with a smile!

Clean Shield have been supplying us with an excellent service for over six years. Their staff go above and beyond, their accounts and management team are great and we are very happy.  Our lovely cleaner, Emma who has been with us for a few years now, does an amazing job and we are always happy to see her.  She goes about her work quietly and efficiently in our offices and other spaces and leaves everything so fragrant, it’s a pleasure to walk around the place.

I was looking for a specialist in cleaning a large amount of silver trophies. After experiencing Clean Shield’s services in the past for office cleaning, I hoped they could help.  After confirming that they had never completed this type of cleaning before, they said lets give it a go.  Love that attitude and I wasn’t disappointed.  The cups were gleaming and sparkling. Every time I have experienced any jobs completed by Clean Shield, they are professional, friendly and honest.  I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

After trying multiples times to get my cottage cleaned after the builders left, Kerry was amazing.  She totally focused on what I wanted, not what couldn’t be done.   Great job and the team only left after I was absolutely happy.  Good work, recommended.

We asked Clean Shield to do a full carpet clean for us at the end of our tenancy as we bought our first house. Communication was always quick and friendly from quotation stage, to organising dates, to invoicing – which is rare in these Covid-19 times! Very pleased with the work done, carpets look like new which is impressive seeing as we had lived there for 6 years with multiple pets who shed fur everywhere. Excellent service and would have no hesitations about calling them again in the future.

Many thanks to Kathy and the team for their continued flexibility, support and excellent service through these difficult times. Your approach is much appreciated.

Jake and Jaz came to clean my elderly parents carpets in their new bungalow. Jake and Jaz are only young but what respectful young people they are in reassuring them, telling them how to best to look after the carpets. And best of all I had to phone them to say we had not had the bill yet !!!

We have been working with Clean Shield for a couple of months now and I am very happy with the service. The deciding factor for me on whether we used Clean Shield or not was when the Kathy, the MD, visited and following her site visit she said: “When we have done our cleaning, if you are happy, pay me, if you are not, don’t pay me and we will leave”. We paid ,they are great, highly professional. Recommended.

We have been using Clean Shield since March 2017 and would highly recommend them. Their staff are efficient, reliable and friendly and they always try their very best to help out, from daily cleaning staff, to deep cleaning in the school holidays, nothing is too much trouble.

We started using Clean Shield earlier this year, and after trying numerous cleaning companies, I was relieved when we found Clean Shield. They are they only company that actually listened to what we wanted, and cleaned well! Karen is brilliant, and such a lovely person to have in the office! We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them, and look forward to a long relationship with Clean Shield.

I would like to thank Kathy and her team – particularly Charlie and Karen – for coming to our aid at very short notice to clean our centre here at James Hopkins Trust. We have again had another section of the school cleaned and are so pleased. Our Year 3 carpets where badly marked with ink stains etc. and all the marks have gone. The whole area looks and smells fresh and clean. Thank you Jake and Jaz for your hard work.

The service from start to finish was brilliant, Terri arranged for Jake to come to do the quote, which was a lot less than expected. The work was completed in a timely, efficient way and the carpets look really good. Hopefully we can get Clean Shield to come during the summer break to do another area.

Very impressed with the friendly and efficient service that was provided. Will definitely use again.

Dave and the team at CleanShield are fantastic! Since taking over the cleaning contract, they are extremely professional, friendly and go way beyond expectations in keeping our premises and facilities looking pristine. Dave, in particular will go out of his way to ensure that small jobs are carried out and takes enormous pride in his work. We couldn’t be more pleased to have CleanShield on board. Thank you!

Needed a good job doing in a tight timeframe when the business was closed to the public. Kathy and her team, Dave Harris in particular, bent over backwards to accommodate us and did the job in unsociable hours. Fab job, great customer service, good communication throughout and a commercially competitive price too – all in all a very positive customer experience and we shall be using Dave again very soon.

Clean Shield Professional Services have been cleaning multiple Robert Hitchins sites throughout Gloucester and Stonehouse for three years now. They always provide an excellent service. Sarah in particular has become a valuable member of our estate team, nothing is ever too much trouble and she always tackles those extra jobs without complaint. Her attention to detail keeps my customers happy and therefore she has a really important role within the business.

Jake is always a phone call away to complete those specialist carpet and hard floor cleans plus any high level cleaning tasks that crop up and behind the scenes Kathy and Terri run the whole operation professionally; customer service and approachability are their key skills while never forgetting their sense of humour.

I would 100% recommend their services.

When I heard from the Clean Shield MD, Kathy, that they had just made a significant investment in a new carpet cleaning machine, I asked Kathy if they did domestic as well as commercial carpets. I was interested in having our lounge carpet professionally cleaned as an alternative to its replacement in the short term. Kathy took some basic details, confirmed that our carpet would be suitable and agreed a date/time to suit us. We had very little to do in preparation- just to move some of the smaller furniture out of the room and move the bigger furniture to one side. Clean Shield arrived spot on the agreed time, and quickly set-up and set to work on the carpet. They were able to talk knowledgeably about the condition of the carpet and advised up-front that there were a couple of small stains, luckily tucked away in corners, that they were unlikely to remove.

Their operative, Jake, was polite and respectful of our house throughout the process, tidying-up behind himself if he needed to use our kitchen/utility for water etc. It didn’t seem to take very long at all and within less than an hour Clean Shield were packing their kit away again. It was clear immediately that the carpet had cleaned well and it was noticeably improved. It was also virtually dry before Clean Shield had even departed. All we had to then do was give it a quick vacuum and replace the furniture. The service was very good, the results excellent and I was even impressed that the price for a carpet of the size of our fairly large lounge was only £60. This included travel time to/from Gloucester and so I know that for a whole house it would be even better value. Overall my wife Danielle and I were very impressed by Clean Shield’s carpet cleaning service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or indeed to recommend them to any domestic or commercial carpet cleaning requirement. Thank you Kathy, Jake & Clean Shield.

I wanted to thank you for the speed and efficiency with which you cleaned my quarry tile floor in the kitchen and the bathroom. Following the extensive building work it was nice to sit back and relax in the knowledge that the rooms would be left immaculate. As you know the rooms were in a terrible state and required extensive cleaning. You were also sensitive to the age of the house and natural floors you were cleaning, avoiding harsh chemicals where you felt they were not appropriate. I’ve certainly never seen the quarry tiles so clean. The rooms were a pleasure to move back into. Thank you.

Just to let you know that I am very impressed with the service received from Cleanshield.

Hi Kathy – Just to let you know I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning. They look great and well done for getting the marks out around certain desks!

I was very pleased with the deep clean you carried out just before Christmas. The building really sparkled. I particularly noticed the walls in the staff room and the carpets as well. It smelled so fresh and clean. Thank you for such a good job!

I’m writing with reference to the carpet clean you undertook for us during the summer holidays. Upon our return, the carpets were dry, free from stain and dirt and exactly how we expected them to be. The cost was reasonable for the work carried out and as always, the work was of a high standard and executed in a professional manner. We will be using you again, in the future, for all our carpet cleaning.

It was certainly noticable the following morning that the carpets and floors had been professionally cleaned. I even had staff commenting how clean they looked and how fresh the office smelt. I would also like to thank your team who arrived at the agreed time and obvioulsy worked very hard on some stubborn stains. We will certainly be in touch in the future.

Thank you very much for the very efficient clean your company did on my house whenI was moving, the house looked lovely after you had finished. The new owner said it was lovely to move into a beautifully clean house and have no housework to do!! They asked me to pass on their thanks as well. r will be recommending you to my friends in the future. Once again thank you.

Jake and Jaz came to clean my elderly parents carpets in their new bungalow today and my mother is a real fuss pot she still thinks that you have to scrub a carpet on your hands and knees ? But after an hour my mum could not believe how fantastic the cream carpets looked as the entrance to the bedroom was very ingrained with stains. Jake and Jaz are only young but what respectful young people they are in reassuring them, telling them how to best to look after the carpets. And best of all for three large rooms, one of the carpets being cream and very ingrained with dirt. This only cost £108 well worth the money !!! And best of all I had to phone them to say we had not had the bill yet!

Clarence House Dental Health Centre engaged Clean Shield Professional over 8 years ago. We have been very impressed with the standard of cleaning service they have provided. The premises always look pristine, which is extremely important to us, and our clients.

We would have no hesitation recommending them to other surgeries.

Clean Shield has been providing cleaning services at Pure Offices since February 2006.
