Over the next couple of weeks, Schools and colleges all over the county will be breaking up for the long Summer holiday and whilst the classrooms and corridors may not be filled with the chatter and laughter of
the students, they will certainly not be quiet.
Instead the noise will come from the drills of the maintenance teams, the sanders of the decorators and of course the Floor Buffers of the Clean Shield “School Deep Clean Teams”.
And although we all long for a hot Summer our dedicated Cleaning Team will be hoping for a few cooler day’s as they don their paper boiler suits and masks to give those walls, floors, desks, chairs, carpets and upholstery a really good scrub down.

July & August are always a busy time for Clean Shield not only on the School Deep Cleans front, but also our Agency Cleaners who undertake a wide range of Commercial Cleaning duties for companies across Gloucestershire by providing holiday cover whilst their own Cleaning Teams are away on a well-deserved break.
Although most of the agency holiday cover is pre-planned, the telephones at the Clean Shield office do ring most days from companies who are desperately needing cleaning cover due to illness or some other crisis, and it is always a pleasure to hear their voices turn from panic to relief as Clean Shield sort out the cover for them.
