It seems like only yesterday that I was wishing everyone
Happy New Year and now it is only a week until Christmas Day!
It’s been another very busy year for all round Clean Shield (which is probably why the days weeks and months seem to go by so fast), with more Gloucestershire companies using our Agency Teams to cover their own staff shortfalls due to sickness, holidays, maternity leave etc.
We have also seen increases in our schools & colleges contracts, as well as that of local schools & colleges.
And on the Schools & Colleges front, most will be closing this week for the Christmas break, which is the trigger for Clean Shields, School Deep Cleaning Teams, to take advantage of the empty corridors and classrooms to give the walls, floors, upholstery, curtains and desks etc a thorough scrub down, buff up and steam clean.
So before signing off on my last blog of 2018, I have some words of thanks to share from our MD, Kathy Price. Kathy said “Christmas is one of those times of year, when unlike a lot of businesses who are fortunate to shut for the Christmas Holiday, our own team members are working hard to get everything spic & span for our clients return in the new year. I would like to wholeheartedly thank every one of the Clean Shield Team for their continued dedication & wish them, their loved ones and our clients a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy 2019”
