There is one person who personifies Clean Shield’s core values, particularly the ABCs, our very own Stacey D.
Since joining the Clean Shield Team back in October, Stacey has not only shown a willingness to develop her skills but has a very positive Attitude, Belief in her abilities and is Conscientious in every aspect of her role.
Stacey’s Conscientious Attitude starts before her work day even begins as she has to catch two buses each way to & from our clients site in Stonehouse.
But even this 90-minute journey doesn’t dampen Stacey’s spirit as pointed out by our clients at Stacey’s recent appraisal, who felt she had settled into the role very well, was doing an excellent first class job, and had a “Can Do” attitude as well as portraying a happy persona.
Clean Shield MD, Kathy Price said, “Stacey had all the right ingredients in her make up that we look for when recruiting for Commercial Cleaning Roles within Clean Shield and over the last few months has proven to be a valuable asset to the company.
I am particularly proud of Stacey’s attitude to work as she has not let an arduous bus journey stop her, I have interviewed many people who have
turned down work because the job is not less than a 5 -10 minute journey from their door”.
Outside of Clean Shield, Stacey enjoys watching films, traveling and socialising with friends & family.
