oozing with self-esteem which is why our MD Kathy Price has actively encouraged Personal Training & Development in all our Team members since Clean Shieldwas formed and today we congratulate a number of the Clean Shield family who have recently added even more skills through Training & Development to their bow.
Mobile Cleaners Sophie M & Deana P both passed their HABC Level 2 in Cleaning & Support Service Skills (QCF) whilst Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Manager Jake P along with Area Supervisor Beccy L & Mobile Supervisor Shauna P who all passed their Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.
MD Kathy Price said, “It always makes me proud when I see the increase in an individual’s self-esteem after they have embarked on their journey of Personal Development which is why I have made Training the very foundation my business has been built on, the knock on effect and positives also get passed on not only to Clean Shield but our customer base through improved Customer Service which is paramount in the Commercial Cleaning Industry”.
