Meet the Team: Megan – Enthusiastic, Hardworking & Ready to Learn

This week in our Meet the Team series, we’re delighted to introduce Megan, one of the newest members of the Clean Shield team.

Although Megan is still relatively new to the company, she has already made a fantastic impression with her enthusiasm, positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in. She has been helping the team with spring cleans, where her hard work and attention to detail have really stood out.

Cleaning is something Megan is already familiar with, having spent time helping her mum clean friends’ homes. This has given her a great understanding of what high standards look like and the importance of leaving every property looking its very best.

Always Ready to Learn

One of Megan’s greatest strengths is her eagerness to learn. She approaches every task with enthusiasm and is always happy to take on new challenges.

Whether she’s supporting the team on larger cleaning projects or helping prepare properties to the highest standard, Megan consistently shows a positive attitude and a genuine desire to do a great job.

Having her sister, Rebecca, already working as part of the Clean Shield team has made settling into the business even more special, and we’re proud to have them both as part of our growing team.

Life Outside of Work

When she’s not working, Megan enjoys making the most of her free time with the people closest to her.
