Kerry is more than just a manager — she’s the backbone of operations, working tirelessly both in the office and out in the field to keep everything running smoothly. From managing the cleaning teams to helping oversee the day-to-day running of the business, Kerry plays a key role in ensuring Clean Shield maintains its reputation for reliability, professionalism, and excellence.

The Brains Behind the Business

Kerry is a natural organiser and problem-solver. She’s the one who ensures every schedule fits, every site is covered, and every client gets the outstanding service they expect. Known affectionately as “the brains within the business,” Kerry is highly valued for her efficiency, sharp thinking, and attention to detail.

But she’s not just an office-based manager — Kerry is also known for her hands-on attitude. She doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty, stepping into any role when needed, and showing her team that no job is beneath her. This makes her a fantastic leader and role model, admired by colleagues and clients alike.

Life Outside of Clean Shield

When she’s not working hard to keep Clean Shield running like clockwork, Kerry enjoys spending quality time with her family.

👩‍👧 Car Boot Weekends – One of her favourite pastimes is doing car boots with her daughter, Lexi, at the weekends. It’s not just about finding a bargain — it’s about spending time together and enjoying the fun of the experience.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family First – Family time is important to Kerry, and she makes the most of her downtime by being with her loved ones.
