Meet the Team: Jake – Dedicated Area Manager and Boxing Enthusiast

In this instalment of our Meet the Team series, we’re proud to introduce Jake, one of the longest-serving and most dedicated members of the Clean Shield family.

Jake has been with us for over 12 years, and in that time, he has truly grown with the company. Starting out as part of the cleaning team, Jake’s hard work, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence have seen him progress to the role of Area Manager — a position he excels in every day.

Our clients love working with Jake. He’s known for his approachable manner, professionalism, and the way he goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Within the team, he’s just as highly regarded — always reliable, always motivated, and always ready to lend a hand or a word of encouragement.

Life Outside of Work

While Jake is dedicated to his work, he also has plenty of passions outside of Clean Shield.

🥊 Boxing Competitor – Jake regularly competes in boxing matches, training hard and pushing himself to new levels.

👨‍🏫 Boxing Coach – As a Level 2 England Boxing Coach, he also shares his skills and passion with others, coaching and inspiring the next generation of boxers.

👨‍👩‍👦 Family Time – Away from the gym, Jake enjoys spending quality time with his family — something that keeps him grounded and balanced.

This year, Jake has not one but two boxing matches lined up, and we couldn’t be prouder. The entire Clean Shield team is behind him, and we wish him the very best of luck!
