Meet the Team: David – Reliable, Hardworking & A Bright Future Ahead
In this special instalment of our ‘Meet the Team’ series, we’re proud to introduce David, one of our youngest team members who has truly impressed us during his time at Clean Shield.
David first joined us while still at school, taking on the role to earn some extra money alongside his exams. From the very beginning, he demonstrated qualities that we value highly at Clean Shield — reliability, consistency, and a fantastic attitude to work.
Throughout his time with us, David has been exceptional. He has never once received a complaint and has always carried out his duties with professionalism and care. For someone so young, he has shown remarkable maturity and dedication — qualities that will no doubt serve him well in the years ahead.
As our Directors have said:
“David will go far.”
Looking to the Future
This September, David will be heading off to Cardiff University, where he will study English Literature and History — subjects he has long been passionate about. His ultimate goal is to pursue a career in journalism, combining his love for reading, writing, and storytelling into a profession that allows him to inform, engage, and inspire others.
While we will be sad to say goodbye, we couldn’t be more excited to see what the future holds for him.
A Few of David’s Interests
When he’s not studying or working, David enjoys engaging with a wide range of media.
📚 Reading – From books to articles, his love of literature has been a consistent passion.
🎬 Movies & TV – He enjoys unwinding with a great film or TV series.
🎮 Video Games – When time allows, gaming provides a fun and interactive way to relax.
👫 Spending Time with Friends – Socialising and relaxing with friends is another favourite way to spend his free time.
Unlike many of us, David doesn’t have any strong dislikes when it comes to hobbies or activities — a sign of his open-minded and positive approach to life.
A Fond Farewell from Clean Shield
While we are sorry to be saying goodbye to David as he takes this exciting next step, we are also incredibly proud. His time with us has been marked by nothing but reliability and excellence, and we know he will continue to shine wherever his journey takes him.
