Meet The Team: Justine – Nature-Lover, Social Butterfly & A Proud Clean Shield Star
As we continue our ‘Meet the Team’ series, we’re excited to introduce another extremely valued member of the Clean Shield family – Justine! With a bright and sunny personality and a fantastic work ethic, Justine has been a much-loved part of our team since 2019.
From delivering consistently high standards at work to building great relationships with her colleagues and clients, Justine is the kind of team member every company dreams of having – and we’re lucky to have her on board with us at Clean Shield.
A Bit About Justine…
Justine is 34 years old and joined Clean Shield back in 2019. From the moment she started, she brought with her a positive attitude, a great eye for detail, and a real passion for the job. She takes pride in what she does, and it’s clear in the way she goes about her work each and every day.

Her dedication and friendly approach make her a true asset to the company, and she’s always happy to help, support her colleagues, and ensure the spaces she cleans are left sparkling.
Outside of Work: Justine’s World
When she’s not working hard with the Clean Shield team, Justine is all about family, friendship, and fresh air.
• Lover of the Outdoors – One of her favourite ways to unwind is by heading out on forest and nature walks. She finds peace and enjoyment in the great outdoors, and it’s her go-to for recharging after a busy week.
• Proud Mum to Dylan – Justine is a devoted mum to her 11-year-old son, Dylan, and one of her greatest joys is cheering him on from the sidelines as he plays football on Saturday mornings. Supporting him and watching him thrive is something she treasures deeply.
• Chocoholic & Cake Lover – If there’s one way to Justine’s heart, it’s through chocolate and cake! She admits to having a sweet tooth and loves treating herself to her favourite indulgences.
• Social Butterfly – Justine is always up for a good catch-up with friends. She describes herself as a social butterfly, and there’s nothing she enjoys more than spending quality time surrounded by the people who make her smile.
