Unfortunately, due to the nature of the work and what can sometimes be deemed as unsociable hours, it is a fact of life that the Commercial Cleaning Industry is particularly affected by a higher than average
turnover in the number of staff.
And even though here at Clean Shield we strive to create an inclusive environment, where everyone is appreciated and has the opportunity for personal growth and development, we too lose people who do not necessarily want to leave, but have to due to various personal circumstances.
It’s always a sad day for us when a member of the Clean Shield Team has to leave for personal reasons and recently our very own Natasha made the difficult decision to hand in her notice.
Natasha has been working for Clean Shield on one of our Doctor Surgery Contracts since 2017 and in that time has done a brilliant, thorough and reliable job.
What was a particularly lovely gesture that put the smile back on everyone’s face, was the beautiful hand written card that Natasha sent to our MD Kathy Price, myself and everyone of her Teammates at Clean Shield. Natasha wrote, I would like to say “Thank You” for giving me the chance to work for you at St James. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working for you and your company, and will miss cleaning for you. Take Care, Tash
