Clean Shield recently received a testimonial from a client who we have been working with for the last 5 years. It gave me immense pleasure to read the contents of the email, especially as it is not the easiest of sites to work on due to the location and the nature of the client’s work.
As a Managing Director, it is important to me to make sure you thank people when you notice they do an excellent job and have gone the extra mile. Personally, if I receive a good service myself, I always like to thank that person individually and it is always nice to see a smile on their face when they receive an unexpected ‘Thank you.’
I feel that taking the time to say why you felt that the service was so good goes a long way, and really helps the staff morale as sadly these days people are far too quick to complain.
We are all human and we all make mistakes from time to time, which can sometimes unfortunately result in a complaint being received. Most services fail because of a simple thing that can easily be fixed – ‘Communication.’
If, we as a company, receive a complaint, I want to go out of my way with my team to investigate it and fix it as soon as we can. That way, you are far more likely to keep a client, return a smile to their face and maintain an excellent working relationship.
On this occasion, I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to my Mobile team and to Terri and Kerry who work tirelessly in the office when dealing with any good or bad issues.
